Closing Mouth Machine

Scalini in their desire to innovate and offer versatibility in the manufactuing process for footwear, has created a new version of closing mouth machine, which adapts to different types of footwear to suit the client.

The main function of the "Closing Mouth Machine" is to offer an esthetic and fine presentation of the footwear.

The STS-709 model has one heat station and one cooling station, the heat station allows the activated of the thermoplastics materials and the cooling station conforms the materials making the crystallization or hardening of the thermoplastics keeping the heel perfectly suited to the type of shoes being made.

It has an automatic system which you can vary the temperature form 50ºC to 250ºC.
